The growth we experienced in recent years showed us that our factory in Itapecerica da Serra, SP, and our Distribution Center in São Paulo were no longer able to meet our needs. In short, we had grown so much that our space, which once seemed so immense to us, had become too small.

In order to adapt to this new reality and to prepare for the future, we drew up the new Natura Site, located on a 650,000 m2 plot of land, 77,000 m2 of which are buildings, in Cajamar, São Paulo, a town known for its strict land use laws.

The change, in addition to providing a significant increase in production capabilities, also enabled us to take a leap forward in state-of-the-art technologies and new manufacturing and distribution processes.

Inspired by our Credo, we imagined an environment where transparency would reign and where everything would serve employees and their relationship with the environment, with other employees, and with the local community. To serve this concept, the layout of the Natura site brings together gardens, sports areas, a day-care center, shared areas, offices, and operational spaces, in conjunction with a forest of native trees, all contributing to a healthy daily environment.
