Natura constantly provides courses on products and customer service techniques,
in addition to important advanced courses, for developing and qualifying Natura
Consultants professionally. Natura also prepares many support materials to facilitate
personalized service. Samples, flyers, and make-up and fragrance samplers to aid
in the entire consulting process.
Consultants have free access to the Natura Service Center (CAN), which provides
support and guidance 14 hours a day, thus strengthening their relationship with
the company. With 400 operators taking approximately 420,000 calls a month, in
addition to conveniently taking Consultants' orders, CAN provides information
about delivery deadlines, invoicing, special sales, and new releases, besides
receiving suggestions, compliments, and criticisms.
